The Nexus Table Tennis Club held its Annual General Meeting on January 18, 2025, with important decisions made for the upcoming year.
Key outcomes from the meeting include:
- Re-election of the executive committee: Riad Maneveld (Chairman), Shahied Johardien (Secretary), and Zahier Isaacs (Treasurer)
- Approval of the 2025 budget, including investments in new equipment
- Confirmation of team selections for the 2025 league season
- Discussion of upcoming tournaments and events
- Approval of a slight increase in membership fees to support facility improvements
The meeting was well-attended, with over 30 members participating. After the formal proceedings, members enjoyed a friendly mini-tournament and social gathering.
